The Board has appointed various committees to assist it in its duties and responsibilities. Every committee appointed by the Board has its role outlined in a detailed charter adopted by the Board, outlining its procedures for appointment to the said committee, its structure and operations and the reporting formats to the Board. The Board can constitute or dissolve the committees as it may consider necessary to carry the earmarked responsibilities.
